Exceptional 1970 MGB
There are lots of MGBs, but not a lot like this one.
Built in the UK in November of 1969 and shipped to California.
Only four owners in 56 years. Current owner has had it for the last 25 years.
Restored in 2020 by David Gilmour of BMC Motorworks.
Unique features of this model: split rear chrome bumper, padded dashboard (glove / map box mounted below), black recessed “fishmouth grille” (only made for 1970-72 models), manual choke.
Additional highlights: new primrose yellow (original colour) paint job, new original style vinyl seats, new carpet, red engine block, original British Leyland badge on front wings.
