“British Car Picnic in the Country” Moyse Collection Picnic
Geoff Moyse has invited CIB members to a picnic at his property. There will be a band and tour of his Jaguar collection.
Location: 4249 Telegraph Road (Highway 1 to the lights at Cowichan Bay Road – Valleyview shopping centre- turn left onto Cowichan Bay Road, just before Bench School on the right turn right onto Telegraph Road, follow Telegraph Road until you see a white mailbox with 4249 on it on your left, turn up the driveway and park as directed).
• Bring: a picnic, something to drink, chairs, tables, cutlery, sun hats, sunscreen and whatever else makes for comfortable al fresco dining.
• If possible, try to wear the sort of togs that people would wear to picnics in the year in which your car was manufactured.
• There will be a prize for the best picnic, and a three-piece jazz band will provide musical entertainment.
