Sign-up for this event needs to be done directly to Dave (dave_stewart@shaw.ca) by Wednesday Sept.03. For this tour to go ahead a group of 6-12 people are required.  Sign up quickly so he can get this tour booked. \n\n\n\n\nPer Dave :”Meet up locations. (Nanaimo Group, Cabela’s 11:30, Qualicum 11:50, assuming we can get a 1:00 tour time). I haven’t booked a tour because I don’t know numbers. The sooner people pay the better, perhaps we should indicate “first come, first serve”, perhaps a deadline for people to reserve their spot. Their site lists a group is up to 6 people, if we have more than 6 we can stagger the times into two (or more) groups. As soon as I have some numbers, I will pre-pay the booking, hopefully the tour times I have given will still be available”.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
